Translate course and training videos
Give learners another language version while keeping technical instructions understandable.
Start with a manageable lesson
Use a permitted lesson with clear speech. Check spoken instructions against on-screen demonstrations: translated audio does not translate labels embedded in the video image.
Choose the learner's format
Use Dub for spoken instruction, Subtitles for readable translation, or optional captions with a dub. Translate an accompanying supported document separately in Text.
Review for instruction
- Prepare a short representative lesson and choose the target language.
- Review proper names, domain terms, numbers and each step of the demonstration.
- Check caption reading speed and audio against the on-screen actions.
- Distribute the reviewed downloaded files through your own course system.
Keep expectations specific
D-UB does not provide an LMS integration, learner assessment or a guarantee of educational accuracy. Arrange review by someone who understands the subject and target language.
