d-ub.com is responsible for account data and the operation of the service. We use identification and email for registration, authentication and support; order, payment and credit references for billing and auditing; files, text, images, audio and voice references to perform the selected operation; and technical session and security data to protect your account. You can sign in through a connected identity provider or with a password. Session cookies maintain authenticated access for up to 30 days and can be revoked.

Content is shared with third-party services as needed for the selected function: translation, image, speech and voice processing; video processing; private storage and transfer; authentication; and checkout, subscriptions and payment management. Application hosting and email services also process the data necessary for operation. d-ub.com does not store full card numbers. Service providers may process data worldwide.

Data is used to provide the requested service, maintain security and billing records, handle support requests and meet applicable obligations. Permission to use content and voices does not transfer their ownership to d-ub.com. Do not submit documents or sensitive content that is unnecessary for the operation.

Files are not currently deleted automatically after a fixed period. Request deletion through support; this requires verifying your identity and identifying local, cloud and recovery copies. Requests for access, correction, information about data sharing and deletion can be sent free of charge to suporte@d-ub.com. Records subject to retention obligations or needed to defend rights may be retained; support must explain its response. You may also contact the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and consumer protection authorities.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, page visits, guide reading, Studio clicks and successful email account creation. It uses optional first-party cookies and pseudonymous browser identifiers, and processes technical data such as browser, device and approximate location. We do not send account details, files, voice references, text, passwords or private project references to analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. Choose Allow analytics or Reject analytics, and change your choice at any time through Analytics preferences. Your preference and analytics cookies last up to 180 days; event-level data is retained for up to 14 months. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the service.
