D-UB GUIDE

How to review and download your results

A completed operation is the start of your quality review, not proof that every word and frame is ready to publish.

Reviewed

Before downloading

  • Open your own job from Studio or Jobs; outputs remain associated with the authenticated account.
  • Wait for delivered outputs rather than assuming a progress stage guarantees a final file.
  • Use a player that supports your chosen subtitle format.

Review the delivery

  1. Open the job and read its final status and any quality or timing warnings.
  2. Play the output from the beginning to the end. Listen to each speaker, check names and compare the intended meaning.
  3. For subtitles, inspect cue timing, reading speed, line breaks and contrast. For a dub, inspect short accelerated phrases and the last spoken words.
  4. Download the available video and subtitle files shown for that mode. Optional captions only exist if enabled for the job.
  5. If the source editor supplied music or speed finishing, review its separate finished copy too.

Which file to use

Use MP4 for video, conventional SRT for portable caption text, and styled WebVTT with a compatible player. Burned-in captions preserve their visible style; downloadable captions remain separate.

Troubleshooting

A missing or unavailable download can require checking job status or signing in again. Contact support with the job reference. Do not share private download links, source media or transcripts in a public discussion.

Keep a reviewed copy

Save the reviewed files you need. File deletion requests go through support; the service does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.

Questions and answers

Does downloading publish my video?

No. Downloading is an authenticated delivery action. You choose where to publish a permitted, reviewed copy.
